I'm slowly moving things to my new site at http://www.mike-schmidt.net. I posted an update to zbmConvert there.

I've posted a program called zbmConvert for the CVS camcorders.

It's a work in progress, but right now it can convert zbm files (screens and graphics from the camcorder) to an image that can be edited in another program.  You can then convert it back to a zbm file and use it on the camcorder.

It's a "disposable" digital camcorder that CVS sells which is actually reusable with a little work.  It can record 20 minutes (sometimes more) of 320x240 XVID video to its 128 MB flash memory and is a great camera to experiment with anything you'd be afraid of doing to an expensive camcorder.
